We are the parents of five children and love to travel. As a large family, we can appreciate the expense (and craziness) of just leaving the house. We would love to share our beautiful home at an affordable price for families. Palm Coast is a great location for many budget-friendly adventures. We are centrally located between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, with Orlando and Jacksonville just an hour away. This area represents the "real Florida," with great beaches, excellent fishing, and beautiful state parks just minutes away. The house is ready, just bring the family!
Our home is 2250 square feet with six bedrooms and two baths. It is all on a single level with no steps. The master bedroom is large with a king-size bed, large private bath, and giant walk-in closet. We have three bedrooms with queen-size beds, a bedroom with bunk beds, and another bedroom with two twin beds and a trundle bed. We have a pack-n-play on site for smaller guests. The bedrooms share a central living room, kitchen, and dining. The home is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pans, bedding, towels, microwave, coffee maker, and washer and dryer. We also have a beach shower outside and a gas grill on the enclosed back porch. An enclosed garage is available for parking with bicycles, fishing poles, and nets inside.
Our home was built in 2005. It was recently updated with new paint, flooring, and lighting. We provide Brighthouse HD television, telephone (with free long distance US/Canada), and high-speed internet connection.
